The Hamster Wheel is going through a few changes. The News, Articles, and Composer/Song pages are currently being worked on and will not be finished for several days. The functionality remains the same, but please excuse the mess until we can clean it up.

New Reviews and Site Update

Several new reviews have been added today for the 2009 48 Hour Contest games. I've also added some new features to the design of certain pages that omits certain pages/information if there is no information to present.

Before, pages would show up regardless of content. For instance, the news page would show up for a specific game regardless of whether it actually had any news to share or not. That is no longer the case.

As content is added, additional sections and pages will automatically show up on specific game pages. Although not a huge deal, I think it makes each game section looks much cleaner than before.

Please keep in mind that we update everything by hand, which means that it may take some time for certain game's sections to be updated. We will get to them all eventually.

Regardless, if yo feel the need to help out, feel free to send us any information that you may have on any game. Content such as screenshots, downloads, news, and reviews from other sites are great and always accepted. Our email address can be found under the "Information" section of the site.

The Hamster Wheel has received a facelift and is now completely in PHP. Information from the old site is not up just yet, but will be soon. In the meantime, information from the previous version of the site is still accessible by going to http://thehamsterwheel.net/games.html, although will look a bit funky.
